Delivery is usually in 5-7 working days on all stock items; however, please allow up to 10 working days, we will notify you if the delivery is going to take longer than this. Assistance can be offered with the assembly of any of our products we have most scooters arrive 90-95% ready to ride with just the need to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals. We will accept no liability for an incorrect fitting here by our customers.

The fine folks at Inokim quickly diagnosed my scooter issue as a bad battery. How my fairly new scooter with only 153 miles developed a bad battery is unknown. Nonetheless, Inokim had no responsibility for the defective scooter and was able to get me back up and running with minimal down time and at a cost of $680. Inokim offers a one year warranty on the battery against any defects. Bottom line, it is nice to have a local scooter technician and maintenance shop right in the heart of NYC.
